How It Works

All price stated is in Singapore Dollar.

How to Order
~ Leave us a comment and send your order to simplybuy@gmail.com together with your name, address, contact no and email address.

~ Upon order confirmation, kindly transfer full amount to OCBC Saving Bank (537-2-026053) and inform us immediately.
~ We will keep you updated on your status.

Delivery Methods
~ By mail:
approx. $1.00/item by normal mail (Singapore address), depending on quantity, location and weight
~ By meeting:
at agreed timing around the city area

* In-stock items will be delivered within 5 working days upon acceptance of payment. Otherwise, depends on the closing date and next shipment.

Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds
~ No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.
~ Full amount will be refunded if good(s) is(are) unavailable, or should we fail to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
~ Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or if customer has received a different item ordered. Customer must then contact us by email within 4 working days from date of receipt of goods, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and most importantly, to confirm your address.
